      "Yuk Sehat": Katering Diet untuk Konsumen Obesitas dengan Pendekatan Customer Discovery

      Abstract
      Masalah kesehatan pada kelompok usia dewasa di Indonesia yang tertinggi adalah obesitas yang erat kaitannya dengan pola makan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menganalisis permasalahan konsumen dalam diet, merancang prototype bisnis “Yuk Sehat” dan merancang model bisnis yang terverifikasi dari katering “Yuk Sehat”. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner dan indepth interview secara online. Permasalahan konsumen dalam diet adalah masih banyaknya pola makan yang tidak teratur, kualitas makanan yang kurang baik, dan defisit nutrisi. Value yang ditawarkan adalah kustomisasi menu, info tentang susunan menu dengan kandungan gizi, dan harga terjangkau. Konsumen dari bisnis ini adalah orang-orang yang berusia 19-24 tahun, berniat melakukan diet, serta peduli dengan nutrisi yang dikonsumsi. Revenue bisnis ini berasal dari sistem berlangganan. Bisnis ditawarkan melalui channel gerai online dan offline serta melalui reseller. Prototype katering “Yuk Sehat” berupa susunan menu selama 15 hari.
       
      The highest health problem in the adult age group in Indonesia is obesity which is closely related to diet. The purpose of this study is to analyze consumer problems in diet, design a business prototype "Yuk Sehat" and design a verified business model for catering "Yuk Sehat". Data were collected through filling out online questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Consumen problems in diet are there are still many irregular eating patterns, poor food quality, and nutritional deficits. The value offered is the menu customization, info on menu composition with nutritional content, and affordable prices. Consumers of this business are people aged 19-24 years, interested to do a diet and care about the nutrients they consume. This business revenue comes from the subscription system. Business is offered through online and offline outlet channels as well as through resellers. The "Yuk Sehat" catering prototype is a menu arrangement for 15 days.
