dc.description.abstractAnemia merupakan masalah gizi global dengan prevalensi 36,78% balita di Indonesia mengalami anemia. Konsumsi pangan adalah faktor utama yang mempengaruhi status anemia. Pola asuh makan juga berkontribusi dalam pembentukan pola konsumsi makan balita. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan pola asuh makan dengan konsumsi pangan balita, dan hubungan karakteristik balita, pola asuh makan, dan konsumsi pangan dengan status anemia balita. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional study dan menggunakan data sekunder. Jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 130 balita usia 6– 59 bulan. Penelitian berlokasi di 3 desa di Kecamatan Gegesik, Kabupaten Cirebon yang merupakan lokus stunting. Anemia yang terjadi pada penelitian ini mencapai 87,7% dengan tingkat keparahan paling banyak yaitu anemia tingkat sedang (75,4%). Perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok balita anemia dan tidak anemia terdapat pada variabel: berat lahir (p-value=0,010), pekerjaan ibu (p-value=0,027), tingkat kecukupan energi (p-value=0,028), tingkat kecukupan protein (p-value= 0,040), tingkat kecukupan lemak (p-value=0,002), dan tingkat kecukupan Fe (p value= 0,000). Tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan (p-value>0,05) antara pola asuh makan dengan konsumsi pangan balita. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan status anemia balita adalah usia balita (r=-0,173; p-value=0,049), tingkat kecukupan Fe (r=0,179; p-value=0,042), konsumsi hati ayam (r=0,190; p-value=0,030), dan konsumsi telur (r=-0,207; p-value=0,018).id
dc.description.abstractAnemia is global nutritional problem with a prevalence of 36,78% of toddlers in Indonesia experiencing anemia. Food consumption is the main factor that affect anemia. Children feeding practices also contribute to formation of food consumption patterns in toddlers. This study aims to analyze the correlation between children feeding practices and food consumption for toddlers, and the relationship between toddlers characteristics, children feeding practices, and food consumption with toddlers anemia status. This research uses a cross sectional design and secondary data. The number of research subjects was 130 toddlers aged 6-59 months. The study was located in 3 villages in Gegesik District, Cirebon Regency which were locus of stunting. Anemia that occurred reached 87,7% with the highest severity is moderate anemia (75,4%). Significant differences between anemic and non-anemic toddlers groups were found in variables: birth weight (p value=0,010), mother's occupation (p-value=0,027), energy adequacy level (p value=0,028), protein adequacy level (p-value=0,040), fat adequacy level (p-value= 0,002), and iron adequacy level (p-value=0,000). There is no significant relationship (p-value>0,05) between children feeding practices and food consumption in toddlers. Factors related to anemia status of toddlers are toddler’s age (r=-0,173; p-value=0,049), iron adequacy level (r=0,179; p-value=0,042), chicken liver consumption (r=0,190; p-value=0,030), and egg consumption (r=- 0,207; p-value=0,018).id
