dc.description.abstractPermasalahan gizi pada anak usia sekolah dapat dikurangi dengan pengenalan Pedoman Gizi Seimbang (PGS). Media pendidikan gizi penting terutama pada kondisi proses pembelajaran di rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh media pembelajaran audiovisual terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap terkait Pedoman Gizi Seimbang (PGS) pada siswa sekolah belajar di rumah. Desain penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental design with one group pre and post test. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Oktober–November 2020 di Sekolah Dasar Islam Az-Zahrah, Kota Palembang dengan jumlah contoh sebanyak 50 orang yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Tahapan penelitian diawali dengan pre-test, intervensi, post-test I, dan post-test II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran audiovisual berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap terkait PGS. Hasil uji beda menunjukkan hasil perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan gizi pre-test dan post-test I (p=0,024, p<0,05), sikap gizi pada pre-test dan post-test I (p=0,025, p<0,05), dan sikap gizi pada pre-test dan post-test II (p=0,074, p<0,10).id
dc.description.abstractThe introduction of Balanced Nutrition Guidelines can help to prevent problems in school-aged children. Media for nutrition education is criticaly important, particularly in the context of home based learning. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of audiovisual learning media on knowledge and attitudes related to Balanced Nutrition Guidelines in home learning students. The design of this study is Quasi experimental design with one group pre and post test. The study start from October to November 2020 at Az-Zahrah Islamic Elementary School in Palembang City, with a total sample size of 50 participants chosen by purposive sampling. The research was divided into four stages: pre-test, intervention, post-test I, and post-test II. The research showed that audiovisual learning media increased knowledge and attitudes about PGS. The result of the different tests showed significant difference in nutrition pre-test and post-test I (p=0.024, p<0.05), nutritional attitudes pre-test and post-test I (p=0.025, p<0.05), and nutritional attitudes pre-test and post-test II (p=0.074, p<0.10).id
