      Abstract
      Salah satu destinasi tujuan wisatawan Indonesia bahkan mancanegara adalah Sumatera Barat. Keberadaan Virtual Hotel Operator (VHO) yang sudah semakin banyak diharapkan mampu menjadi salah satu penopang perekonomian di Sumbar. Namun, mayoritas pemilik hotel merasa tidak puas dengan sistem yang digunakan VHO. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan kesuksesan dari sistem informasi pada setiap aplikasi dan memformulasikan rekomendasi kebijakan kepada VHO dan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode DeLone dan McLean. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, baik pengguna aplikasi maupun pemilik hotel sudah memiliki sistem informasi yang dianggap sukses, namun pada pengguna aplikasi OYO Rooms masih bisa untuk meningkatkan kesuksesan informasinya, begitu juga pada pemilik hotel RedDoorz masih bisa untuk meningkatkan sistem informasinya. Rekomendasi yang diberikan kepada VHO yaitu agar dapat memperbaiki sistem kontak dan layanan yang sudah ada agar tidak merugikan pemilik hotel dan rekomendasi kepada pemerintah daerah agar dapat memperhatikan sistem kerja sama VHO dengan masyarakat Sumbar.
       
      Travel has become a community needs that are driven by various purposes. One of the destinations for Indonesian and even foreign tourists is West Sumatra. The existence of a Virtual Hotel Operator (VHO), which has increased significantly, is expected to become one of the pillars of the economy in West Sumatra. However, the majority of hotel owners are dissatisfied with the system used by VHO. This study aims to map the success of the information system in each application and formulate policy recommendations to VHO and local governments. This research was conducted using the DeLone and McLean method. The result of the study indicated that both app users and hotel owners already have information systems that are considered successful. However, in OYO Rooms application, the user could still improve the success of their information, and RedDoorz hotel owners can still improve their information system. The recommendations given to VHO are to improve the existing contact and service system not to harm hotel owners and recommendations to local governments to pay attention to the VHO system of cooperation with the people of West Sumatra.
