      Abstract
      Asana Sincerity Dorm merupakan salah satu unit hotel yang milik PT. Aerowisata. Dalam kegiatan operasionalnya, Asana menghadapi risiko-risiko yang muncul pada proses bisnisnya. Risiko tersebut perlu dianalisis untuk dicari aksi pencegahannya sehingga dapat menghindari atau mengurangi dampak bagi perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kejadian risiko serta skala dampaknya, penyebab risiko serta tingkat kemunculannya, dan aksi pencegahan risiko yang dapat diterapkan oleh Asana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu House of Risk (HOR) untuk mengidentifikasi dan menyusun aksi pencegahan risiko. Terdapat 14 kejadian risiko yang disebabkan oleh 21 agen penyebab risiko yang muncul dalam proses bisnis Asana. Aksi pencegahan yang efektif untuk diterapkan adalah menyediakan layanan penitipan barang, follow up rutin kepada pihak GITC, penjadwalan permintaan data, melakukan double cross check, dan pemberian reminder oleh staff.       Asana Sincerity Dorm is a hotel unit owned by PT. Aerowisata. In its operational activities, Asana faces risks that arise in its business processes. These risks need to be analyzed in order to find preventive actions so they can avoid or reduce the impact on the company. The purpose of this study was to determine risk events and the scale of the impact, the causes of risk and the level of the occurrence, and risk prevention actions that can be implemented by Asana. The research method used is House of Risk (HOR) to identify and compile risk prevention actions. There were 14 risk events caused by 21 risk-causing agents that appeared in the Asana business process. The effective preventive actions to be implemented are providing goods storage services, routine follow-up to GITC, scheduling data requests, conducting double cross checks, and providing reminders by staff.
