dc.description.abstractIndustri rumah tangga pangan (IRTP) memiliki keterbatasan dalam menghadapi perekonomian global di era perdagangan bebas. IRTP dituntut untuk menghasilkan produk yang bermutu, aman dan berdaya saing tinggi. Pemenuhan izin legal berupa SPP-IRT dan sertifikat halal merupakan salah satu cara agar IRTP mampu memenangkan persaingan pasar dan menjamin keamanan produk yang dihasilkan. Kegiatan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap pemenuhan kriteria CPPB-IRT termasuk di dalamnya pemenuhan sertifikat penyuluhan keamanan pangan dan label kemasan agar memeroleh SPPIRT serta melakukan implementasi sistem jaminan halal di IRTP VRI FOOD. Kegiatan penelitian ini dibagi menjadi enam tahapan yaitu mengetahui keadaan dan kondisi IRTP VRI FOOD, melakukan perbaikan untuk memenuhi persyaratan CPPB-IRT, melakukan sertifikasi produk minuman jahe instan, menyusun dan mengimplementasikan manual sistem jaminan halal, serta melakukan analisis finansial. Hasil kegiatan penelitian ini menunjukkan IRTP VRI FOOD masuk dalam IRTP level I serta memiliki SPP-IRT dan manual sistem jaminan halal. Selain itu usaha pembuatan jahe instan yang dilakukan oleh IKM VRI FOOD layak untuk dijalankan secara finansial karena nilai NPV (Rp2.223.544)>0, Net B/C (6,09)>1, dan IRR(72%)>DR(14%).id
dc.description.abstractHousehold Food Industry (IRTP) has limitations in facing the global economy in the era of free trade. IRTPs are required to produce quality, safe, and highly competitive products. Fulfillment of legal permits in the form of SPP-IRT and halal certificates is one way that IRTPs can win the market competition and ensure the safety of the products produced. This research activity aims to evaluate the fulfillment of the CPPB-IRT criteria including the fulfillment of food safety counseling certificates and packaging labels to obtain SPP-IRT and implement a halal guarantee system at IRTP VRI FOOD. This research activity was divided into six stages, namely knowing the state and condition of IRTP VRI FOOD, making improvements to meet CPPB-IRT requirements, certifying instant ginger drink products, compiling and implementing manual halal assurance systems, and conducting financial analysis. The results of this research show that IRTP VRI FOOD is included in the level I IRTP and has an SPP-IRT and manual for the halal assurance system. Also, the instant ginger-making business carried out by IKM VRI FOOD is feasible to run financially because the NPV value (Rp2.223.544)> 0, Net B / C (6,09)> 1, and IRR (72%)> DR (14 %).id
