dc.description.abstract | Permasalahan kesehatan rambut menjadi masalah utama dan menjadi hal yang mengkhawatirkan di Indonesia. Sulitnya menemukan pakar kesehatan rambut yang berlisensi dan berpengalaman, menyebabkan sebagian orang mengatasi permasalahan rambut secara mandiri dengan menggunakan produk haircare. Ketepatan dalam mengatasi permasalahan kesehatan rambut merupakan komponen penting dalam pemilihan penggunaan produk haircare. Ide bisnis Hairealth berupa aplikasi layanan konsultasi kesehatan rambut diciptakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang dihadapi, mengkaji solusi yang tepat, dan merancang model bisnis yang sesuai untuk aplikasi Hairealth. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan customer discovery. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat delapan masalah yang dirasakan konsumen dalam mengatasi permasalahan kesehatan rambut dan solusi dari Hairealth yaitu berupa enam fitur aplikasi yang dirumuskan berdasarkan kebutuhan konsumen. Model bisnis terverifikasi berdasarkan tiga aspek yaitu kesesuaian produk dengan pasar, pelanggan dan cara menggapainya, serta cara perusahaan menghasilkan uang yang diimplementasikan dalam fitur-fitur yang ada. | id |
dc.description.abstract | Issue of hair health is a major concern for people in Indonesia. The difficulty of finding licensed and experienced hair health experts has led some people to self- solve their hair problems by using haircare products. The accuracy in overcoming hair health problems are an important components to choose hair care products. The Hairealth business idea in a form of a hair health consultation services application was created to solve this problem. This research aims to analyze the problems faced, study the right solutions, and design a suitable business model for Hairealth applications. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method with a customer discovery approach. Based on the research results, there are eight problems that the consumers feel in overcoming hair health problems, and the solution from Hairealth is in a form of six application features that are formulated based on consumer needs. The business model is verified based on three aspects such as the suitability of the product to the market, the customer and how to reach it, and the way the company makes money that implemented into the application. | id |
