dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan asupan zat gizi, aktivitas fisik, dan kualitas tidur dengan konsentrasi belajar. Studi cross sectional dilakukan pada siswa/i SMA Dwiwarna Islamic Boarding School, Parung, Kabupaten Bogor. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 76 orang yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi data karakteristik individu dan keluarga, asupan zat gizi, tingkat aktivitas fisik subjek, kualitas tidur subjek, dan konsentrasi belajar subjek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar tingkat kecukupan zat gizi makro dan mikro subjek tergolong kurang. Aktivitas fisik sebagian besar subjek (64,5%) tergolong ringan pada hari sekolah dan (77,6%) tergolong sedang pada hari libur. Hampir seluruh subjek (67,1%) juga memiliki kualitas tidur yang buruk dengan rata-rata skor PSQI 6,9. Hasil penilaian konsentrasi belajar menunjukkan lebih dari setengah subjek (55,3%) memiliki konsentrasi yang kurang dengan rata-rata skor DSST 62,7. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi, tingkat kecukupan zat gizi, dan aktivitas fisik dengan konsentrasi belajar, tetapi terdapat hubungan signifikan positif antara kualitas tidur dengan konsentrasi belajar subjek.id
dc.description.abstractThis research aim is to analyze the correlation between nutritional intake, physical activity, and quality of sleep with learning concentration of the subjects. Design of this study was cross sectional study. Subjects of this study were 76 person of Dwiwarna High School Islamic Boarding School, Parung, Bogor District students selected by purposive sampling. The data collected includes data on individual and family characteristics, nutritional intake, the subject’s physical activity level, the subject’s sleep quality, and the subject’s learning concentration. The results showed that most of subject had low macronutrient and micronutrient adequacy level. The average of subject physical activity was low active on school days (64,5%) and moderate active on holidays (77,6%). More than half of subjects (67,1%) had poor sleep quality with an average PSQI score 6,9. Learning concentration assessment results showed more than half of subjects (55,3%) had low level of learning concentration with an average of DSST score 62,7. There was no correlation between nutritional status, nutritional adequacy level, and physical activity with learning concentration of subject, but there is a correlation between quality of sleep with learning concentration.id
