The methods used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) by using SmartPLS and SPSS software for Spearman correlation analysis. Correlation coefficient from Spearman correlation test (rho) that is close to zero indicates that there is no significant relationship between two test variable and produce above 5%, which meanssignificant for the age category of the performance indicators. Then the period of employment and education categories to later category to several indicators with below 5%, which mean sinsignificant for the period of employment and education categories to performance quantity.
