dc.description.abstractPT Perusahaan Gas Negara has a corporate culture, called is ProCISE (Professionalism, Continuous Improvement, Integrity, Safety, and Excellent Service). Cultural well-managed company capable of providing a positive effect on employee productivity. The goal is (1) studying the application of organizational culture, (2) analyzing the knowledge of employee about corporate culture and productivity, (3) analyze the influence of corporate culture on employee productivity. The research is a descriptive research. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data was collect through interview, observations and questionnair. This research used multiple linear regression analysis. Internalization PGN corporate culture is done through a topdown approach by forming Cultural Implementation Team in each division. The result of the analysis is based on the employee’s response indicates that as an understanding of the culture of the company is affair. The result of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the significant influence of organizational culture on employee productivity.id
