Pengaruh Kepuasan Konsumen terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ulang Produk di Waroeng Hotplate Odon Cabang Pemuda, Bogor
Abstract
One of the businesses that are in competition is Waroeng Hotplate Odon (WHO). WHO should make an effort to maintain its efforts to understand customer satisfaction influence to repeat purchase decision. This study was conducted to identify the characteristics of customers, analyze customer satisfaction related to product quality and service quality, analyze customer satisfaction quality of products and services related to repeat purchase decision on WHO. The results showed good satisfaction to product quality and service quality. SEM analysis results indicate that the use of Smart PLS related to product quality and service quality satisfaction significantly positive influence on purchasing decisions on the model of students and non-students.
