dc.description.abstractSmall and Medium Enterprises (SME) Cluster Herbal Drink is the businesses entity that resulting products that are highly depend on the expertise of the labor. Therefore the managerial development is required that focuses on performance improvement strategies of the SME cluster herbal drink using Balanced Scorecard perspectives. The sampling method used is purposive sampling technique. The objective for this research to: (1) analyze the performance improvement strategy targets SME cluster herbal drinks Bogor. (2) analyze alternative strategies for improving performance in SME clusters herbal drinks Bogor. (3) formulating Key Performance Indicators on SME cluster herbal drinks Bogor. Alternatives are selected according to the results of the calculation method of AHP is to develop the competence of human resources management and development of SMEs to improve the performance and innovation of SMEs, an alternative to improve the competitiveness of SMEs is doing product development and market development.id
