Traveling is become a world-wide trend which has been done by many nature lovers. Indonesia, which has many islands, becomes a magnet for tourists to see its underwater beauty. One of these islands is Kepulauan Seribu. Tourism activity causes several damages to coral reef ecosystems. One of them is coral disease, which resulted in the degradation of coral reef ecosystems in the world. This study aims to measure the coral reefs' health rate based on the observation of the abundance and prevalence of coral disease, and analyze the impact of tourism activity on coral reefs' health. This study was conducted from 24 to 25 November 2013 in Pari Island, Kepulauan Seribu, with 4 scattered stations. The method used was the Belt Transect method in the area of 2 x 100 meters, and Line Intercept Transect ( LIT ) in 30 meters long with three replications. Based on the result of the research, coral bleaching phenomenon was found in tourism and non-tourism area. Meanwhile, the most common diseases and health problems in this area are ulcerative white spots (UWS) and sediment damage (SD).en
