dc.description.abstractPT. PCI is one company that produces some varieties of soft drinks. The Objectives of this research were (1) identify the role of labour unions in PT. PCI, (2) to identify patterns of communication of employees at PT. PCI, (3) to identify the commitment of employees at PT. PCI, (4) to analyze the role of labour unions of the communication patterns of organization and employee commitment in PT. PCI. This research was used descriptive analysis method and Structural Equation Modellingl (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS). According to the test results of the PLS was found that, the role of trade union with indicator of protection and working conditions of the most influence on the formation of organizational communication patterns which has indicator horizontal communication patterns. Communication patterns also affect the formation to the formation employee commitment to the normative commitment indicator. The role of labour unions have a significantly positive effect on pattern of communication and employee commitment in PT. PCIen
