Analisis pengaruh pelatihan keperawatan terhadap kinerja pegawai bidang keperawatan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Pasar Rebo
Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the form of training on the implemented in nursing division conducted by RSUD Pasar Rebo, to identify the nursing staff’s performance in the nursing field in RSUD Pasar Rebo and to analyze the effect of training on employee in nursing division of RSUD Pasar Rebo using multiple linear regression analysis and Wilcoxon Test. The analysis result showed that the training from conducted at the RSUD Pasar Rebo nursing division included training materials, training methods, training facilities, trainers and training evaluation are within good category. Performance of employees in RSUD Pasar Rebo nursing section are within good category.
