Penurunan turnover intention melalui peningkatan kepuasan kerja karyawan pia apple pie bogor

Abstract

Dalam memenangkan persaingan, perusahaan seharusnya memiliki keunggulan bersaing tertentu dibandingkan dengan para pesaingnya. Persaingan tersebut tidak hanya dalam hal harga, kualitas, dan jasa pelayanan melainkan peningkatan kualitas sumberdaya manusia yang merupakan aset perusahaan yang paling penting bagi kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Mengidentifikasi kepuasan kerja karyawan Pia Apple pie, 2) Mengidentifikasi turnover intention karyawan Pia Apple Pie, 3) Menganalisis hubungan antara kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan turnover intention karyawan Pia Apple Pie. Hasil penelitian kepuasan kerja karyawan menunjukkan bahwa persentase yang diperolah dari jawaban responden secara keseluruhan adalah sebesar 46,8% dari jumlah responden yang menjawab setuju dan 14,1% menjawab sangat setuju, yang pemaknaannya berarti karyawan merasa puas terhadap Variabel kepuasan kerja dan segala peraturan serta kebijakan perusahaan, hasil penelitian turnover Intention menunjukkan bahwa persentase yang diperolah dari jawaban responden secara keseluruhan adalah sebesar 48,6% dari jumlah responden yang menjawab cukup setuju, yang pemaknaannya karyawan merasa ragu untuk meninggalkan pekerjaannya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa karyawan berada pada zona nyaman pada pekerjaannya sehingga keinginan karyawan untuk keluar dari pekerjaannya kecil, dan Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan korelasi kanonik menujukkan bahwa faktor kepuasan kerja (X) yang memiliki korelasi terkuat dengan faktor turnover intention (Y) adalah sikap pimpinan dalam kepemimpinannya (X6) dengan suasana dan lingkungan pekerjaan yang kurang cocok (Y3). Yang berarti faktor sikap pimpinan dalam kepemimpinannya memiliki peran penting terhadap turnover intention karyawan Pia Apple Pie. Kata kunci: kepuasan kerja, turnover intention, korelasi kanonika

In winning the competition, the company should have a certain competitive advantage compared to its competitors. Competition is not only in terms of price, quality, and service, but improvement of human resource which is a company's most important asset for the survival of the company. This study aims to 1) Identify employee satisfaction Pia Apple pie, 2) Identify employee turnover intention Pia Apple Pie, 3) Analyze the relationship between job satisfaction of employees with employee turnover intention Pia Apple Pie. Employee satisfaction research results indicate that the percentage of respondents who obtained a whole is equal to 46.8% of the number of respondents who answered agreed and 14.1% strongly agreed answer, which means pemaknaannya employees are satisfied with the job satisfaction variables and all regulations and company policy, research results indicate that the percentage of turnover Intention is obtained from the respondents as a whole amounted to 48.6% of the number of respondents who answered quite agree, the meanings employees feel free to leave a job, it can be concluded that the employee was in a comfort zone at work so that employees desire to get out of a small job, and the results of analysis using canonical correlation showed that job satisfaction factors (X) which has the strongest correlation with turnover intention factors (Y) is the attitude of the leadership in the leadership (X6) with the atmosphere and work environment that is less match (Y3). Which means the attitude of the leadership factor has an important role in the leadership of the turnover intention of employees Pia Apple Pie.
