Analisis niat pembelian produk melalui Online Shop pada Mahasiswa dengan pendekatan Theory Of Planned Behavior

Perkembangan internet memberikan dampak positif pada bidang perdagangan yang ditandai dengan lahirnya online shop. Sekarang ini, banyak online shop yang berkembang di Indonesia dengan berbagai macam bentuk seperti sebagai media perantara yang mempertemukan penjual dan pembeli di dunia maya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh sikap terhadap perilaku, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku yang dipersepsi terhadap niat pembelian di online shop. Penelitian ini mengggunakan design cross sectional-study dengan contoh sebanyak 100 mahasiswa Pascasarjana (S2) IPB yang tercatat aktif sebagai mahasiswa tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Teknik penarikan contoh penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling yang diambil secara proporsional dari 4 fakultas terpilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik contoh yang memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh terhadap variabel Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) adalah pendapatan, intensitas akses internet, jumlah sumber informasi, dan jumlah alasan membuka website. Sikap terhadap perilaku, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku yang dipersepsi, dan niat pembelian saling berhubungan dan memengaruhi sesuai yang dihipotesiskan. Jadi, dapat dikatakan bahwa penelitian ini sesuai dengan Theory of Planned Behavior. the birth of online shop. Nowadays, many online shops grow in Indonesia on many forms such as online media that bring together the sellers and buyers in virtual world. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of attitudes toward behavior, subjective norms, and perceived control behavior toward purchase intentions through online shop. This research used cross-sectional design with 100 postgraduate students (S2) of IPB who are active as a student of 2013/2014 academic year. Sampling technique of this study was purposive sampling taken proportionally from 4 selected faculties. The result showed that the sample’s characterisric who have correlation and influence toward the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) variables were income, internet access intensity, mount of information resources, and mount of reasons to access the website. Attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, perceived control behavior, and purchase intention were interconnected and influenced appropriate with the hyphotesis. So, it can be said that this study was consistent with TPB
