dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan konsumsi pangan, tingkat kecukupan gizi, dan status gizi dengan tingkat kebugaran atlet futsal remaja putri serta menganalisis perbedaan tingkat kebugaran dan pengetahuan gizi antara atlet dan non-atlet. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional study yang melibatkan 46 orang siswa, terdiri dari 21 atlet futsal dan 25 non-atlet. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi data karakteristik individu dan keluarga, konsumsi pangan, status gizi, pengetahuan gizi, persen lemak, prestasi akademik, aktifitas fisik dan tingkat kebugaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar 84.8% subjek memiliki pengetahuan gizi baik (84.8%) dan persen lemak tubuh yang normal (76.1%). Terdapat hubungan negatif antara persen lemak tubuh dengan tingkat kebugaran (p<0.1) dan terdapat hubungan positif antara aktifitas fisik dengan tingkat kebugaran (p<0.1). dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to analyze the relationship between food consumption, nutritional adequacy, and nutritional status with fitness level of athlete's futsal girls and analyzed differences in fitness level and nutrition knowledge between futsal athletes and non-athletes. This study used a cross sectional study involved 46 students, consist of 21 futsal athletes and 25 non-athletes. The data collected includes data of individual and family characteristics, food consumption, nutritional status, nutritional knowledge, percent of body fat, academic achievement, physical activity and fitness level. The results showed that majority of subject had good nutritional knowledge (84.8%) and percent of body fat was acceptable (54.3%). There were negative relationship between the percent of body fat with fitness level (p<0.1) and positive relationship between physical activity with fitness level (p<0.1). Moreover, fitness level and nutritional knowledge athletes were higher than non-athletes however study achievement and percent of body fat was not significant differences (p>0.1).en
