Peningkatan Kinerja Usaha Melalui Penerapan Modal Insani dan Sosial Pada UKM Minuman Herbal di Kota Depok
Abstract
Performance is one measure of success of an organization, including of thesmall and medium scale enterprise (SME) cluster ofherbal beverages. Human and social capitals have important roles in improving the performance of SMEs. The research shows that the problems of the SMEs was began with the human resources. Based on the analysis of using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), that the human capital is known not to affect the performance, while the social capital significantly influence the performance with the T-statistic value of 5,321. In the next stage, the results of the above analysis are the basic of managerial implications. The managerial implications are The House Model and Importance- Performance Analysis (IPA) that aims to improve the performance of recommendation in the Depok SMEs herbal beverages
