Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekolah Alam Bogor
Abstract
Organizational culture has an important role in creating synergies within the organization goals. This goals can be achieved through one of the indicators of the performance of the employee. Then, the important role from organizational culture in improving the performance of employees is needed to create an overall organizational performance improvement. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance of Sekolah Alam Bogor. The data collected comes from primary and secondary data using interview, questionnaire, and observation techniques. The sampling technique was performed by nonprobability sampling with proportionate stratified sampling method. In this study, processing of the data conducted using descriptive method and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM)-Partial Least Square (PLS) method and processed using software smartPLS 2.0. The result of the evaluation study conducted by testing the measurement and structural evaluation tests lead to the conclusion that organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance of Sekolah Alam Bogor, this can be seen by the beta value of the construct of organizational culture on employee performance construct is 26,436 where the beta value is greater than 1,96.
