Demand of chicken meat and eggs can be completed from local chicken. From the genetic aspect, Indonesian local chicken has large genetic diversity between strains. Crossing is one way to improve the production performance. Crosses were performed in this study is between male sentul chicken with female kampung chicken (SK) and male pelung chicken with female sentul chicken (PS). This study observed on hen day, egg weight, egg shape, fertility, hatchability, DOC weight (day old chiks), eggshell thickness, and mortality of embrio. Comparison test calculated based on T-test. The results showed difference in succession SK and PS for fertility (75.36±11.82% and 65.36±27.66%), hatchability (29.13±15.45% and 28.53±22.57%), mortality of embrio (71.12±15.69% and 71.47±22.57%), hen day (42.16±13.97% and 51.75±17.25%), egg shape (0.764±0.041 and 0.759±0.053). Egg weight of SK (44.15±4.37 g) lighter than PS (4.84±3.59 g) and DOC weight of SK (28.22±3.39 g) lighter than PS (30.09±3.16 g). According to biological sentul chicken in intersection of PS had higher egg production than kampung chicken in intersection SK. PS had a better performance than SK because with the similarity of shell tickness, hatchability and embrio mortality PS had higher hatching weight than SK.en
