During a transportation proses increasing density on fish through reducing the amount of water has generally been carried out. The efforts have been not followed by increasing fish survival. Beside that physiological studies of fish so have been done, there are still many problems. Shocks is one of the physical factors that affect of fish. This research was purposed to study physiological characteristics of fish during simulated transportation by observing (pH, DO, CO2, TAN , glucose) and survival during transportation whit vibration threatment. The results showed that the vibrating treatment shakes DO value dropped from minute 0 (3.79 mg / L) to 30’s (2.93 mg / L) while non vibrating from minute 0’s (3:30 mg / L) to 120's (3.16 mg / L) relatively stable. Ph showed that value decreased from minute 0 to 30’s, but from minute 30 to 120’s relatively stable. TAN increase occurred at minute 0 to 120’s, but in the 90’s minute an increase significantly, increase suspected result from the accumulation of the metabolite excretion during transportation activity. Blood glucose value of before and after test 67-154 mg / dL, which lowest and highest value of blood glucose achieved during the test found in non-vibration treatment at minute 120.en
