Pengaruh Modal Insani dan Modal Sosial terhadap Kinerja Studi Kasus Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) Makanan dan Minuman Kota Bogor

Abstract

SMEs foods and beverages Bogor City capable of absorbing much labor. Labor is the assets for the company in the form of human capital and social capital. The purposes of this research are to analyze the case descriptively, to analyze the influence of human capital and social capital of SMEs, and to give recomendation for performance improvement of SMEs. This research uses some methods, which are descriptive analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), fishbone diagram, and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the approach of Partial Least Squares (PLS). The result of SEM shows that other knowledge reflects human capital and structural dimension reflects social capital. The result also shown the human capital and social capital influence positively and significantly to performance. Therefore, some supporting activitives are recomended to improve of SMEs, such as formation of informal activities per periods, composing system of quality control and drafting standar the implementation of production, improving infrastructure owned by SMEs, as well as participate in training who is held by goverment.
