dc.description.abstractQuality of Work Life is one of the factors that roles in improving employees job satisfaction. The research was conducted in PT Tumpuan Jakarta. PT Tumpuan is the one of the palm oil industries. The research was conducted to provide a recommendation of the QWL strategy. The type of data used are primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this study was Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of the analysis stated that the participation of the employees is the most important factor in the implementation of QWL strategy. Director of Human Resources is the most important actor the implementation of the QWL strategy. Improvement of employee motivation is the most important goal of QWL strategy implementation at the company guide. The promotion is the best performing employees are the most important alternative implementation strategies with QWL.en
