Factors are made of factor analysis is four factors have been made as consumers important factor in buting Simpati card. The factors are efficiency and opportunity, communication and motivation, charges and influence of other people and major advantage. In efficiency and opportunity there is an easily in buying voucher, the prices, effective terms and the place. And then in communicationand motivation there is an advertisement, brand name, motivation of buting and information. Meanwhile in charging and influence of of other people there is price, prime card (SMS and phone cell), bonus (SMS and phone cell)and influence of other people. And the last factor is the major advantage, there is high speed internet service and communication.en
