dc.description.abstract | Potato (Solanum tuberosum L) is a horticultural product that can be used for diversification product as a substitute for rice. Dieng Plateau in Central Java is a center of potato production which contributes 23.63% of the national potato production. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the supply chain and identify key elements of the needs and constraints in the supply chain actors of Dieng potato. On this research, Interpretive Structural Modeling is used to explain the relationship between needs and constraints on the actors of supply chain. Potato supply chain that is based on final goal in general can be classified into three major flows, which are traditional market, modern market and manufacture industry. Farmer and combined farmers groups (Gapoktan) are two main actors that give most impact toward other actors, with needs infrastructure availability, training and credit helps for capital. The constraints of actors that cause other constraints are weather and climate that easily change and farmer capital that are limited | en |
