dc.description.abstractTalent Management is a process to ensure the ability of the company to fill the position of a key leader of the future (future leader) and positions that support the company's core competencies (unique skill and high strategic value). The purpose of this research is to provide recommendations for alternative strategies in getting reliable resources and the improved performance of the company, namely by applying Talent Management at PT Agrotama Jaya Umas. This research uses Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). The research results obtained based on the response of some experts is the factor that most influence in shaping the Talent Management at PT Agrotama Jaya Umas is clarify the mission, vision, strategy and organizational structure. As for the actor who played the most was the head of The HR and the goal of becoming a reference point is retaining the talented people. An alternative strategy that can be applied i.e. develop employees by giving it a chance to improve the skills of employees.en
