Pengaruh Modal Insani dan Modal Sosial terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja pada UKM Cluster Minuman Herbal di Bogor

Abstract

UKM clusters herbal drink is a business that produces traditional herbal with labour help. Human capital and social capital has an important role in performance of UKM development. The objective for this research to (1) Analyze the interest rate comparisons with the performance achieved of UKM cluster herbal drink Bogor, (2) Analyze the influence of human capital and social capital on the performance of UKM cluster herbal drink in Bogor, (3) Analyze factors driving and inhibiting to improve the performance of UKM cluster herbal drink in Bogor. The results of this research show that the main problem of low performance of the UKM is human resource. The results of SEM analysis show that human capital has positive and significant influence of UKM’s performance with social capital as a intervening variable. In managerial implications will be form a model of UKM’s performance improvement and quadrant analysis to map the variables plotted based on the level of interest and performance.
