Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Integrasi Rantai Pasok Terhadap Kinerja Petani Sayuran Dataran Tinggi di Kabupaten Tanah Karo

Abstract

Organizational culture is one of the necessary thing to increase farmer performance in the supply chain of vegetable. The supply chain integration that the farmer do is the activity to make interrelationship among supply chain parties in which it has got a purpose to get a benefit and profitability. This research was conducted in Tanah Karo Regency, Sumatera Utara, that intent on : 1) To analyze organizational culture in the farmer groups in Tanah Karo Regency, Sumatera Utara; 2) To analyze farmer performance in Tanah Karo Regency, Sumatera Utara; 3) To analyze supply chain integration of the farmer in Tanah Karo, Sumatera Utara; 4) To analyze influence of organizational culture and supply chain integration on performanace of the farmer who is involved in the farmer groups in Tanah Karo Regency, Sumatera Utara. The number of samples in this research is 45 respondents in which they are the farmer who is involved in the farmer groups. The data collection methods are using interviews, observation, literature study, and internet. This research, the data is analyzed with the descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart Partial Least Square 2.0 approach. The result of analysis suggest that organizational culture and supply chain integration have a positive and significant influence on famer’s performance in which organizational culture as a moderating variable so the correlation between supply chain integration and performance will be reinforced well if it has a good organizational culture.
