| dc.description.abstract | Gelatin is one of industrial products that has high economic value. Milkfish bones is the potential raw material to produce it.The bones is produced from industry of milkfish without bone from many home industries.This research wasaimed to identify the minimum capacity of milkfish bone gelatin industry and the form of community based enterprise of milkfish gelatin industry. The minimum capacity was defined by calculating values of NPV, IRR, PBP, and BEP, that is 80 kg of gelatin powder per day. This capacity could be met by involving 25 milkfish home industries. The development of community based enterprise would motivate the home industries to joinly develop this industry. In which they hold position to be the owner of the gelatin industry. | en |
