Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Struktur Modal pada Perusahaan Properti & Real Estate

Abstract

Capital structure is an equalization beetwen the use of own capital and the use of loan, it means how much the own capital and how much the loan that will be used can produce an optimal capital structure. Variables of this research are firm size, business risk, assets growth, profitability and sales growth. The aim of this research is to know and to evaluate the influence between the firm size, business risk, assets growth, profitability and sales growth to capital structure of real estate and properti sector which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2012 period. The data used are secondary data obtained by the company’s annual report and analyzed using SEM analysis tool with the software SmartPLS. The result of this research found that partially Firm Size variable which significantly influence to capital structure and Profitability are not significantly influence to capital structure while Business Risk, Assets Growth and Sales Growth are not at all influence to capital structure.
