| dc.description.abstract | PT Bank Syariah Mandiri is a subsidiary of Bank Mandiri, which has been established on November 1st, 1999. PT Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bogor Merdeka is one of the sub-branches under the Bogor branch. Funding stalls micro is one emerging BSM product and in accordance with the mission-2 at BSM. PT BSM KCP Bogor Merdeka want to know 11 factors of financing , factors that influence the realization of micro-finance and micro-finance borrowers know the characteristics . By using multiple linear regression analysis, F test and T test at α = 10 % there are six variables affect the realization of financing ie gender, length of business , the level of net income per month , type of business ( trade ) , the amount of financing proposed and value of collateral with p-value in a row ( 0.080 ; 0.097 ; 0.051 , 0.044 ; 0,000 ; 0,000 ) and the qualitative analysis can be seen that the characteristics of microfinance borrowers are dominated by the male gender , age 31-40 years old , high school education , number of dependents family of 2-4 people , old businesses in over 2 years, the net income per month to Rp 1,000,000 to Rp 5,000,000 , types of businesses dominated by trade , the majority of customers 1-3 times the frequency of the loan , the amount of financing proposed < = Rp 20,000 . 000 , the value of customer collateral Rp < = USD 50,000,000 , and the type of use is productive . | en |
