dc.description.abstractThe service industry currently is a very large sector of the economy and grow rapidly. The growth was caused by the growth of pre-existing services, due to the emergence of new types of services. One of the domestic services those are currently undergoing rapid development are beauty salons. The development leads to tight competition between companies and requires company doing a wide variety of ways to satisfy the customer that created customer loyalty. This research was conducted to determine the influence of the quality of service to the satisfaction and loyalty of customers. The Data was used the primary data obtained from the results of questionnaire toward 100 respondents using Structural Equation Model analysis (SEM) with the program smartPLS. The results of this research show that customer satisfaction are affected by the quality of service and the quality of service can directly establish customer loyalty. The level of customer satisfaction shows a direct impact to the creation of customer loyalty.en
