Indonesian rubber Industries has the lower productivity among other rubber producer countries. Productivity issue was important part in the industry so low productuivity needed productivity improvement. The main objective of this research was to obtain productivity improvement formulation of motorcycle tire production process with green productivity approach. Research included two kinds of analysis. First, production process analysis was done by mapping each stream in production process used GVSM and mass balance also the initial GPI calculation. Second, sustainability analysis using MDS and produced v sustainability degree of motorcycle tire agroindustry. After further analysis to obtain productivity improvement formulation, then AHP applied to weigh the improvement alternative. Sustainability index of economic dimension was less sustain (LS) meanwhile sustainability index of social and environment were sustain enough (SE). Based on the overall analysis, the GPI initial was 1.081 with environmental impact was 1.073 and economic indicator was 1.160. Best scenario which was raw materials characteristics control also reuse of water and material obtained GPI value 1.123 with environmental impact was 1.040 and economic indicator was 1.168. On future, GP measurement needed depth analysis of motorcycle tire production process and integration system so could produced better improvement scenario.en
