Pengaruh Dukungan Sosial dan Strategi Nafkah terhadap Kesejahteraan Subjektif Keluarga Usia Pensiun
Abstract
This aim of this study was to analyzed the influence of social support and livelihood strategies on subjective well-being at retirement age. This study used cross sectional study design. This research involves 154 families with husband or wives aged greater than or equal to 56 years old and being retired. The samples were selected purposively and grouped into two types (civil servant and non civil servant). Data were collected by interview using questionnaire and analyzed by compare means independent sample t-test and multiple linear regression. Results of this study indicated that subjective well-being civil servant families was higher than the non civil servant. Factors that influence subjective well-being at retirement age family were family income, social support, and livelihood strategies.
