The data were analyzed using analizes of varians (ANOVA) and the different among treatmen’s were tested by LS Means. The result showed that carcass percentage only were significantly (P<0.05) influenced by the interaction of breed and slaughter weight category of local ewe. The result showed the largest percentage of carcass was obtained from fat tailed sheep in the second slaughter category (48.84%), and the smallest carcass percentage occured in garut sheep of the second slaughter category (42.63%).en
