| dc.description.abstract | Material is one of an important asset for a company which becomes the factor of success production process. This research is to obtain exact technic on making Material Requirement Planning and choosing the appropriate supplier in order that the material can be supplied precisely in quality, quantity and time as well. The technic of fabric requirement planning in the most minimal inventory cost is LFL in Rp. 675.900, EOQ in Rp. 1.029.471, the company technic in Rp. 3.218.700, and LFL + SS as much as Rp. 3.319.199. The technic with the most minimal cost for thread is LFL in Rp.7300, EOQ in Rp. 105.914, the technic used by company in Rp. 1.018.072, and LFL + SS as much as Rp. 2.364.996. Determining the fabric supplier have three criteria, they are quality, price, and lead time. The alternative for each fabric supplier with the best order is in the value of SilverReed in 0,525, Winitex in 0,261 and Far-East in 0,214. Determining the thread supplier have four criteria, they are quality, price, paymenterm and fleksibility.
