dc.description.abstractSantika Hotel Bogor is one of a growing service company. This is suitable from the company's vision to be the main choice of three star hotel in Bogor. The purpose of this researchis: (1) Identify recruitment and employee selection system that run in Hotel Santika (2) Determine and analyze the factors, actors, goals, and alternatives considered and influential in determining the recruitment strategy for the position of marketing staff, (3) Formulate alternative strategies of recruitment and selection of employees appropriate for marketing staff. Alternatives are selected according to the results of calculations by the method of AHP Strategic Recruitment and selection of employee is: (1) Determine the method of selection first and then determine the source of the employee and then determine methods of recruitment, (2) alternatif pilihan dalam penentuan metode seleksi yaitu metode wawancara, (3) Internal sources to determine alternative sources of employees, and (4) staff recommendation be an alternative choice in the determination of the method of recruitment.en
