dc.description.abstractBased on the number of students that continue to raise and rank data of private schools in Bogor city according to the National Accreditation Board, Sekolah Bogor Raya is motivated to improve its quality and to keep its existence in education world as national plus school with international standard. This can not be separated with the teachers’ role as Human Resources that expected to be able to realize the vision and mission of the school and to achieve the school goals that have been defined. Training is an effort that done by Sekolah Bogor Raya to improve and develop the capabilities, quality, and performance of the teachers. The objective of this research is to identify the effect of training evaluation on Kindergarten and Elementary teachers’ performance. Data processing was conducted using Structural Equational Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) software SmartPLS 2.0. This research concluded that training evaluation have positive and real significant effect on the performance. This can be seen by the beta value 5,0327, where the beta value greater than 1.96.en
