dc.description.abstractInventory control system is one of the important things in a company. Balance between inventory investment and customer service can be achieved with a good inventory management system. Good inventory management can help company to accommodate customer demand and get lower inventory costs. The purpose of this study is to identify the raw materials inventory control management in PapaPia, analyzing raw materials that have the highest annual rupiah volume, to analyze optimal inventory levels for raw materials Papapias main products, and calculates the optimal total inventory cost for product Papapia. Inferred from the results of the ABC analysis of nine raw materials pia green beans, green beans, white sugar and packaging boxes are raw materials in the category A with the percentage 25.94%, 19.76%, and 14.86%. Based on the analysis of EOQ, total inventory cost of green beans can be reduced by Rp 32 488, the total cost of inventory can be reduced packaging box of Rp 225, and the total inventory cost of sugar can be reduced by Rp 42 531.en
