Analisis Penerapan Sistem Produksi Terpadu Pada Pengolahan Karet SIR Unit Usaha Tebenan PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII, Palembang

Abstract

PTPN VII is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) sector Indonesian plantation which carries on business in the field of agribusiness and agro-industries The purpose of this study identify the production system on rubber processing SIR Business Unit Tebenan PTPN VII and analyze the application of rubber processing capacity planning system SIR using CRP. Production system be applicable by PTPN VII has make to stock strategy. This strategy is used as raw material available for the manufacturing process can not be predicted. This makes the production system PTPN VII established the concept of a pull system. CRP obtained by the method that the system capacity in the processing of raw materials SIR rubber business unit Tebenan PTPN VII still be minimized because the ratio of raw material forecasting company produces 13 766 tonnes / year with winter forecasting method produces 13.600ton/tahun has a difference of 166 tons of raw materials. With a total capacity of 13,600 tons / year, load balancing and capacity of raw materials result in operating costs to reduce the burden.
