dc.description.abstractThe high public awareness of healthy lifestyles these days, making the Indonesian people tend to eat healthy food like organic food. Organic vegetables is trusted to provide better benefits for the body than vegetables which pesticide used. Public awareness about health will increase the demand for organic vegetables. This phenomenon brings competition between producers of organic vegetables for market control. Analysis tool used is a Porter diamond models and five forces model of Porter to look at external factors and factors of competitiveness of organic vegetables. Another analysis tool is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine best strategy. The highest of factor analysis are capital resources, natural resources and environmental resources, infrastructure and power supplier by score 3.60 while the lowest value is the influence of a replacement product by score 2,00. Highest priority that can be chosen as an alternative strategy is building a positive image in the industry with a score of 0,409.en
