Employee satisfaction is one of several elements that affect the resulting performance of a company’s employees. Management of employee satisfaction and employee performance is substantial part of human resources management in enterprises. Principle of human resource management is pointed on fast and efficient management supported by information systems. Information system of employee satisfaction towards their performance is applied by modeling the system. Employee satisfaction and performance assessment survey method is base of information system development. Employee satisfaction counted in total of 76% and employee performance rate of 86%. Regression test showed that R squared value of 0.144, which indicates the employee performance that is influenced by employee satisfaction by 14.4%, whereas 85.6% caused by other factors. Correlation tested in the system is 0.254 that indicates a weak correlation value. This study outcome represents the relationship between employee satisfaction and weak performance which is denoted by the following statistical analysis.
