dc.description.abstractThe business model canvas is described through nine basic building blocks consisting of key partners, key activities, the value proposition, customer relationship, customer segments, channels, key resources, cost structure, and revenue streams. The nine block shows the logic of how a company intends to make money. The purpose of this study is to identify the business model Lapis Bogor Sangkuriang and make new alternative business models. Data were analyzed with qualitative methods. The results showed that the business model Lapis Bogor Sangkuriang the product concept Bogor typical souvenirs but has not focused on customer segments. Making the proposed alternative in accordance with the company's vision, mission and condition of the company. The first alternative is to apply the concept of partnership. While the second alternative is a combination of the original concept with the concept of selling online. Based on the analysis of the company's vision and mission, the initial concept combined with the concept of selling online is a concept appropriate and suitable to be applied when the company has increased its production capacity.en
