Pengaruh Nilai dan Akses Informasi terhadap Perencanaan Keuangan Keluarga dalam Pembelian Asuransi Jiwa
Abstract
Life insurance is one of many ways to anticipate risks in the future. The aim of this research was to analyze value due to the priorities scale of its dimension, to analyze information access, and to analyze their influences towards financial planning in purchasing life insurance. The population of this research was 507 family in Kebon Pedes Village, Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City. The location had prosperous family I, II, and III plus, the most in Tanah Sareal District. The sample of this research was 84 family that was determined by Slovin equation and pulled off by simple random sampling. The result of this research showed that the respondents getting information was 90.5 percent of the sample, and those who did not was 9.5 percent of the sample. Maximum sources the respondents had were 9 sources. The trusted one was life insurance agent. Besides, friends or neighbours and family are also trusted by each 16.7 and 6.0 percent of the sample. The dimension of the value having highest priority was Universalism which was one of the social values. Value was significantly affecting financial planning in life insurance purchasing.
