| dc.description.abstract | This research os about acceptance of community around PT. XYZ to their mills activities based on individual and external factors. In this research, identification of acceptance is from five aspects includes acceptance toward mills basic material, machine, and instrument; acceptance toward mills staff situation; acceptance toward mills production process; acceptance toward mills waste; and acceptance toward mills impact to the social, economic, and environment. The result of this research is most of the respondents have positive acceptance toward mills activities, except the mills waste. This research useful for mills sustainability guarantee by increase their positive impact to the community in the operation area. | en |
