dc.description.abstractThe operation of human resource development in a company can't be seperated with the interaction and communication problems. PT Beesco Indonesia is a company that engages in footware production and employs labour intensive, so it needs to implement human research development strategic management through the relations between formal organization communication and factors of human performance. The aims of this research are (1) To identify the relation of formal organization at PT Beesco Indonesia, (2) To identify performance's factor which PT Beesco Indonesia applies, (3) To analize the relation between formal communication of PT Beesco Indonesia and the employees performance. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. This study used Pearson product Moment correlation analysis. The results obtained based on employee perceptions about formal communication and organizational factors of employee performance very impressive. The results of Pearson product moment correlation test show that there is a strong, positive association between formal communication with employee performance factors. This means that the indicator formal organizational communication can improve the performance of employees of PT Beesco Indonesia.en
