Unsaturated fatty acids content of goat milk was a good bioactive component for human health. It has been still low; thus it should be increased. The objective of this experiment was to verify the influence of a combination palm oil sludge meal (POSM) and tea waste (TW) on production, composition, and unsaturated fatty acid content of goat milk. The treatment was a combination ratio of feed consisting of R0 0:1 (TW 0% and POSM 25%); R1 0.5:1 (TW 8.33% and POSM 16.67%), R2 0.75:1 (TW 10.72% and POSM 14.28%), and R3 1:1 (TW 12.25% and POSM 12.25%). Results showed that the implementation of feed was not significant on consumption and nutrient intake, and milk composition (dry matter, density, fat, and solid non fat); however the effect of treatment was significant (P<0.05) on unsaturated fatty acid. The highest levels of oleic and linoleic acids were achieved by R1 treatment, respectively 37.73% and 7.53%, while the highest levels of linolenic acid was obtained by R3 treatment 2.79%. The results indicated that the use of a combination of POSM and TW can increase levels of unsaturated fatty acids of goat milk. TW 8.33% and POSM 16.67% showed the best treatment for protected unsaturated fatty acid total. Kandungan asam lemak tak jenuh susu kambing berperan sebagai komponen bioaktif untuk kesehatan. Kandungan asam lemak tersebut masih rendah sehingga diperlukan upaya peningkatan kadar asam lemak tersebut. Tujuan penelitian menguji pengaruh tepung lumpur sawit (TLS) dan ampas teh (AT) terhadap produksi, komposisi, dan kandungan asam lemak tak jenuh susu kambing PE. Perlakuan rasio pakan yaitu R0 0:1 (AT 0% dan TLS 25%); R1 0.5:1 (AT 8.33% dan TLS 16.67%), R2 0.75:1 (AT 10.72% dan TLS 14.28%), dan R3 1:1 (AT 12.25% dan TLS 12.25%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian perlakuan pakan tidak mempengaruhi konsumsi bahan segar, konsumsi bahan kering, dan komposisi susu. Namun, berpengaruh nyata (P<0.05) terhadap konsumsi zat makanan dan kadar asam lemak tak jenuh (asam oleat, linoleat, dan linolenat). Kadar asam oleat dan linoleat tertinggi diperoleh dari perlakuan R1 masing-masing 37.73% dan 7.53 %. Kadar asam linolenat tertinggi diperoleh dari pemberian lumpur sawit R3 yaitu sebesar 2.79%. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan pakan tepung lumpur sawit dan ampas teh melindungi kadar asam lemak tak jenuh susu kambing PE. Pakan kombinasi AT 8.33% dan TLS 16.67% memberikan total asam lemak tak jenuh terbaik.
