      Analisis Kelayakan Pengembangan Usaha Bekatul (Stabilized Rice Bran) pada UPT F-Technopark IPB

      Abstract
      The purpose of this research is to analyze the business development of stabilized rice bran case studies at UPT F-Technopark IPB that views from financial aspects and non-financial aspects, analyze the sensitivity of business against the most influential variables, and calculating the cost of production. The results of this research indicate that views from financial and non-financial aspects, business development of stabilized rice bran is feasible to developed. Based on calculations of investment criteria analysis, NPV is Rp133.278.943, IRR is 33,54%, Net B/C is 1,61, average of BEP is Rp78.068.404 and PBP is 2 year 4 months 20 days. The results of sensitivity analysis in scenario 1 shows that the business is still feasible on sales revenue decreased by 15%. In scenario 2 shows that the business is still feasible on sales revenue decreased to 11% and an increase in variable costs by up to 11%. In scenario 3 shows that the business is still feasible on rendement decreased by 21%. Cost of production obtained from the calculation is Rp4.944,43 per unit.
       
      Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengembangan usaha bekatul UPT F-Technopark IPB dilihat dari aspek finansial dan aspek non finansial, menganalisis sensitivitas kelayakan usaha bekatul, serta menentukan harga pokok produksi bekatul. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara aspek finansial dan non finansial pengembangan usaha bekatul layak untuk dikembangkan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kriteria investasi didapatkan NPV sebesar Rp133.278.943, IRR sebesar 33,54%, Net B/C sebesar 1,61, rata-rata BEP sebesar Rp78.068.404 dan PBP selama 2 tahun 4 bulan 20 hari. Hasil analisis sensitivitas pada skenario 1 menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini tetap layak pada penurunan penerimaan penjualan hingga 15%. Pada skenario 2 usaha ini tetap layak pada penurunan penerimaan penjualan hingga 11% dan kenaikan biaya variabel hingga 11%. Pada skenario 3 menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini tetap layak pada penurunan kadar kandungan bekatul dari bahan baku (dedak) atau rendemen sebesar 21%. Harga pokok produksi bekatul yang didapatkan dari hasil perhitungan adalah Rp4.944,43 per unit.
