      Abstract
      Talents are the differentiating factor organizational performance. The company wants to grow and improve the business would not want to have to devote himself consciously seek, attract and retain the best people. To continue to improve the quality and production program to compete in the future, PT MNC Pictures (MNCP) through the production directorate should have the best human resources. The best Human resources are human resources has advantages that will become the future leaders of a company or what we call talent. The purpose of this study is to design of talent pool on the production directorate MNCP such as find the amount of talent inventory the production directorate PT MNC Pictures (MNCP), identifying core competencies the production directorate PT MNC Pictures (MNCP), do talent selection the production directorate PT MNC Pictures (MNCP), design of talent pool the production directorate PT MNC Pictures (MNCP), do talent development for the the result of talent pool in the production directorate PT MNC Pictures (MNCP). Design of Talent Pool on the production directorate MNCP is using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) - pairwise compiration developed by prof. Thomas Lorie Saaty of Wharston Business school. According to experts, hrd, four core competencies possessed by MNCP, relationship is the most important core competencies possessed by the talent in MNCP, second and third order is Leadership and management and execution skills. Technical and proffesional competence is ranked last. Results of talent pool design on the production directorate MNCP is 3 employees in category deadwood, 2 employees doubtfull, 8 employees in the category mediocare, 1 employee in promising, 4 employees in career person and 4 employees in star position player.
